1. Lomi Lomi

Lomi Lomi, meaning ‘loving touch’, is an ancient Hawaiian massage that works on the release of energy blockages. The therapist uses the forearms and elbows to help relieve tension, increase circulation and relax the body.

The traditional Balinese massage is inspired of the Thai flow. It’s a full-body treatment uses a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure, reflexology and aromatherapy to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and “qi” (energy) around your body and bring a sense of wellbeing, calm and deep relaxation. Balinese massage techniques work to soothe damaged tissue and relieve strained muscles and joint pain

Hot Stone Therapy concentrates on the use of warm Basalt stones. One massage stroke with the hot Basalt stone is equivalent to five strokes by hand. The deep, penetrating heat from the stone is used to massage the body, ease the pain and release tension of aching muscles as well as to create a sense of wellness and relaxation. 

Like performing yoga, this massage relieves muscle and joint tension, increases flexibility and balances the body’s energy system. The therapists use hands and feet to mould your body into various positions for maximum relaxation and energy. It is an oil-free treatment and is performed on a traditional Thai mattress.

Softballs, filled with a special blend of organic herbs, are steamed and soaked in oils, then applied directly to the body using a specialized technique. The herbs are absorbed by the body and help reduce aches & pains, while increasing lymphatic drainage and conditions of the skin. This special treatment can also have a therapeutic effect due to the scent of the organic herbs.

Sea salt is a natural detoxifier and with a mixture of herbs and dry flowers which have an antiseptic effects it will gently exfoliate your skin, getting rid of toxins, dirt, dead cells and redness, resulting in a glowing skin and even skin tone. Followed by a rhassoul clay body wrap it will improve blood circulation, soften skin without a greasy feeling as well as absorb the toxins from the skin and help reduce fluid retention.

Brown sugar is commonly used to exfoliate the skin as its molecules penetrate deep into the skin. It helps in loosening the skin cells while promoting cell growth. Then a warm purifying mud is smoothed all over your entire body for a deep cleansing.

This treatment is designed to exfoliate and tone your body. Our coffee scrub helps decrease formulation of cellulite and relaxes tight muscles. This treatment promotes detoxification and increases blood flow.

Hydrating algae extract, marine salt, and uplifting essential oils are blended to invigorate the skin, eliminate dead cells and regain its natural glow.

Coconut gently cleanses the skin from dirt and toxins and enhance blood circulation. It hydrates the skin and promotes healthy skin cleansing and circulation. It’s a very good solution for sensitive and thin skin.

Brown sugar naturally exfoliates, and removes dead cells. It gently exfoliates the skin without damaging it. Hydrating and conditioning, brown sugar helps to keep the moisture locked in. It also guards your skin from destructive toxins and keeps it healthy, nourished and glowing.

1. Moroccan Hammam

The definition of pure luxurious bliss, offering you the opportunity to rejuvenate in classic Arabic style.

Start your experience by relaxing in steam; opening your pores. You will then lay on a heated table of granite where a luxurious scrub of traditional olive and eucalyptus oil soap cleanses your skin and helps to open the sinus cavities and nasal passages. This traditional soap is rich in Vitamin E and helps to prepare the skin for deep exfoliation.

Using a specialized mitt called a KESSA GLOVE, the skin is exfoliated to remove bacteria and dead skin and stimulate the lymph and circulatory system.

You return to the steam where over the next fifteen minutes, pores open and absorb the moisture. Back in the private room, purifying Moroccan clay is applied to the entire body including the scalp, and left to absorb. No need to move, we bring the shower to you where you are washed using warm water right on the slab. This clay leaves your skin deeply hydrated, soft and shiny.

You are finally escorted in a dream-like state to our lounge, where a warm traditional tea & sweet treat awaits.

This top-to-toe experience begins with a Vichy Shower experience which is performed on a Vichy Bed under the panel of horizontal shower jets. The warm cascade of the Vichy rains touches the body stimulating circulating system leaving the body and mind fully relaxed and invigorated. Water experience is followed by body scrub and hydro therapy which uses high pressure jets of water to massage your body, stimulate circulation and get blood and lymph moving around the body. Hydro therapy continues by a “Cleopatra’s bath”. Jacuzzi bath with the addition of milk, honey and rose water is an ideal way to rejuvenate and nourish the skin

The experience bath in coconut milk will enchant you with its soft exotic aroma. The bath in coconut milk with a tropical oil mixture will leave your skin soft and smooth. Coconut milk has been added to baths for centuries due to its strong hydrating and nourishing effects.

This romantic bath in rose petals and rose oil makes skin look younger and brighter, stimulates surface blood flow and has slight aphrodisiac effects.

Premedion hydro pool is one of the biggest Jacuzzi in Africa, where you can enjoy a soothing underwater massage from the hydrotherapy jets to accelerate the body's natural healing process and improve physical and mental well-being.

There are different areas inside the Jacuzzi for neck, back, and full body massages.

The salt sauna is a combination of Himalayan salt bricks to refresh and alleviate the effects of respiratory illnesses. While relaxing in the sauna, inhale the dry salt-enriched air deep down into the lungs, to promote better breathing, youthful skin, good sleep and overall wellness.

The traditional finish Sauna reaches a temperature of 95°C and air humidity of 10%. Blood pressure is lowered, heart activity is increased, toxins are washed from the skin. The heat feels very relaxing on the muscles.
